It's our final week in cooking club and we have gone all out with the chocolate theme for Easter. We made chocolate cupcakes with chocolate icing and chocolate mini eggs!!
It's the first week back into Spring 2 and we are back to baking again. This week we have made jam tarts. The children loved making their own jam tarts and didn't realise how easy they were to make!
Over the Spring term, we have had fun in cooking club making lots of different foods. We have made banana cake, cheese twists, muffins, whoopee pies and bread. Our final cooking session was pancake day, therefore the children made and tossed their own pancakes. The children have enjoyed baking new foods and tasting them afterwards!
