    Lawley Treetops breakfast club and after school club

    Club Information

    Please see the information below about Lawley Treetops, our wrap‑around care service, which is available to all children registered at Lawley Academy. This page provides important details about our Breakfast Club and After School Club provision.

    Treetops breakfast club

    Breakfast Club begins at 7:45am. Children must be dropped off at the main reception, where a member of the Breakfast Club team will greet them and take them into the club.

    Children can choose from a range of breakfast options, including cereal, bagels, or toast. A variety of activities are also available for children to enjoy after they have eaten.

    Please note: Breakfast is served until 8:20am only. Children arriving after this time will not receive breakfast.

    Cost

    • £3.50 per session
    • £1.75 per session for children entitled to Pupil Premium
      (See Terms and Conditions – maximum of 3 sessions per week)

    Booking

    Sessions must be booked via SchoolMoney, in the same way as After School Club. Two booking options are available; please only select the Pupil Premium option if your child is entitled to this funding.

    Treetops After School Club

    Treetops After School Club begins straight after school at 3:15pm. Staff will collect children from their classrooms and take them to the school hall, where they will have access to a wide range of activities and resources, including:

    • Play equipment
    • Painting and craft activities
    • Dressing‑up area
    • Creative and imaginative play

    Children may be collected at any time up to 6:00pm.

    Collection Arrangements

    Please enter through the main reception and ring the bell labelled ‘After School Club’.
    If a child is collected after 6:00pm, a late collection fee may apply (see Terms and Conditions).

    Costs

    • Full session (3:15pm–6:00pm): £10.00
    • 4:00pm session: £4.00
      (Collection by 4:00pm – if collected later, the full session fee will apply)
    • Club session: £6.50
      (Children attending extracurricular clubs from 3:15pm–4:15pm, then collected by Treetops staff at 4:15pm for wraparound care until 6:00pm)
    • Sibling rate: £8.75

    Booking Information

    • Sessions must be booked via SchoolMoney.
    • Bookings must be made by the Sunday before the week begins.
    • Same day bookings are not available.
    • Spaces cannot be guaranteed without advance booking.
